Feels like "doing things well" needs maybe at least:
2x auth server
1x git forge
2x "misc" servers (like DNS/CDN)

Current costs, now we've done some experiments:
id1 (upcloud): €22.08/month
id2 (bitfolk): £12.71/month
managed DB(upcloud): €8/month

core-incus (upcloud, 2GB for testing * 2): €16.00

incus(scaleway): €9.40 + €3.77(IPv4)
nixos(scaleway): €9.40 + €3.77(IPv4)
scaleway storage: €3.77

ext-mail(mythic beasts): £2

total: £14.71 + €76.19 (£66.00) = £80.71
